Welcome to this week’s episode of the YB2C Live! Podcast for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners. Every week we discuss the entrepreneurial journey, including interviews with business owners of all sizes from Detroit and all over the world who share their stories to give you inspiration, motivation, and tips for overcoming challenges and achieving success for your business.
This week, for Episode #45, we welcome Dr. Tyson Franklin, an author, a podcaster, and business consultant all the way from Queensland, Australia. Dr. T talks about how he started out as a podiatrist, growing his practice to owning several podiatrist offices within the state of Queensland. His group of offices was so successful he was able to sell them and start building his business consultancy, targeting primarily podiatrists and others. He also started his podcast, “It’s No Secret with Dr. T.”
Dr. T and I also discuss how we met; he states that he regularly researches and listens to business podcasts from all over the world, and one of my recent podcasts caught his ear. He even produced a short video about that podcast, “The Happier Camper,” helping to spread the word for my podcast and for the company of my guest that week.
In this episode, Dr. T gives our listeners a lot of great advice for starting, growing, and maintaining their small businesses. His #1 piece of advice: “Listen to a lot of podcasts!”
