About Our Guest
Jeff said that many factors led to his decision to leave teaching, but even though he and his wife were a single-income family, they had about six months of savings in the bank and together just decided he would go for it. No real “Plan B,” no “side hustle” first. Although as a former teacher, Jeff still misses his kids, he now has the opportunity to spend more quality time with his own kids by working from home. He and his wife homeschool their children, and over time, Jeff transitioned from full-time teaching, to full-time podcasting, to a full-time business teaching his clients

What Our Guest Talked About
A large part of Jeff’s business, Come Alive Creative, involves working with businesses to produce, syndicate, and promote their B2B podcasts. Jeff and his team offer turnkey solutions for full podcast production, as well as podcast-related strategy and consultant plans on a per hour or per month basis.
Jeff helps his clients to realize that having a podcast that yields an actual return on investment takes a lot of work. He makes sure that they understand what they are trying to accomplish and that their goals line up the necessary process.
Words of Wisdom
Jeff says that there is so much to learn when you become an entrepreneur. His number one piece of advice for our listeners to look for help. Jeff’s second word of wisdom is to learn as much as you can about your target audience.
